J&T Express dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Public holidays and peak periods may cause delays.
  • UPLIV Thailand generally ships by J&T Express.

Malaysia

Daily dispatch cut-off

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are arranged for same-day dispatch when stock and checkout details are complete.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are arranged for next-day dispatch.

  • Tracking or courier details will be shared after dispatch when available.
